Vidya | Enneagram-Inspired Textile Animation

Effective communication isn’t about speaking better—it’s about speaking differently. When a corporate client approached me with a script explaining the three intelligence centers of the Enneagram, the challenge was to make a complex psychological framework immediately understandable, engaging, and human.

Moving away from cold corporate graphics, I developed a unique "Needle Felting" tactile universe. By designing handcrafted cotton and wool characters, the video visually translates how different personality types interact. From the energetic "Red" center to the empathetic "Green" and analytical "Blue", every texture, stitch, and fabric choice was engineered using advanced AI workflows (Nano Banana 2 and Seedance 2.0) to craft a cozy, premium, and deeply relatable story.

The project successfully transformed an abstract corporate training concept into a high-impact, memorable visual asset. By splitting the narrative into distinct physical metaphors—showing misunderstanding as rigid, matted grey wool and alignment as a beautifully woven multicolor tapestry—the video achieved immediate emotional resonance. Delivered with a modular post-production setup (including dedicated green-screen elements and precise split-screens), the final asset provided the client with a versatile, premium tool that elevated their branding and simplified their core message.
